My name is Lewy Blackmore and I am an IFBB Pro, Online Coach and SN Educator.

I have been in the Fitness Industry since 2015, I have completed over 10,000 hours of 1-1 Instruction, have been a PT Development Coach, a Gym Manager and an Online Coach since 2017, I have helped over 1,000+ people over almost a decade and gratefully became and IFBB Pro in March 2023.

I’ve been competing in bodybuilding for 5 years. Prior to that, I was a CrossFit coach and football player. Having played for AFC Bournemouth, as a product of their youth system I was made very familiar with the strength and conditioning training from a very young age and grew into a passion as football began to slow down.
